Q: When and how do I get my embed code?
A: After you go through the sign-up process the code gets emailed to you. Typically it gets emailed within 24 hours.
Q: How do I know how many downloads my website sold?
A: Reports are emailed once a month.
Q: How/When do I get paid?
A: Affiliates will be paid through a third party, by check. Checks will be sent out to the address used to sign up for the service. Checks are sent out 15-30 days after the end of each month. In order for a check to be issued, the total amount due must be $50 or more.
Q: Can we get paid faster than that?
A: Sorry, all Affiliates have to be paid at the same time.
Q: So if I only make $45 in sales my first month, do I never get the money? Or do you have some kind of rollover system?
A: Of course you do! All revenues made through the Affiliate's site is recorded and saved in our database. Anytime you receive less than $50 a month, the amount will automatically be carried over into your next month's check.
Q: Why do I only get 12% and who gets the rest?
A: The remaining amount is paid to the Producer, to Ally and our technology partner.
Q: What if I give other website owners the embed code that I’ve been provided, and they put it on their website?
A: Then you’ll make 12% of whatever sales happen on their site! Sweet! If we notice our Download Player on inappropriate sites, we reserve the right, under our Affiliate Agreement, to cancel your embed code.
Q: If I'm not involved in the action sports industry can I still be an Affliliate?
A: Yes, anybody with a website can sign up.
Q: Why do you need my Tax ID or SSN?
A: A Tax ID or SSN (for individuals) is needed in order to process payment for Affiliates. Basically, our good friends at the IRS require it.
Q: Who updates me when new titles are added or when pricing changes?
A: Ally will update Affiliates about once a month on new titles and price changes. If we make a small change, such as the price of a single download, or change the description of a title we will not notify Affiliates.
Q: When titles change or are added do I have to re-embed the code?
A: No, changes like that are handled on the backend of the system by our team. If the fundamental function of the player has to change, or if the size changes, then new code will be issued.
Q: Who do I contact for customer service/accounting issues?

Q: Do I get access to all the customer email addresses that purchase downloads from my site?
A: No, that info is not released due to privacy reasons. You will see how many orders were placed, but not who placed them.
Q: Can I get promo materials from Ally for the Ally Download Player to promote it on my website? Or to promote it inside my shop?
